EXPLANATION The cake pans should be oiled so that the cake pans can be emptied easily and the cake does not stick. In this unit, which is the first process of the cake production phase, a proper and spread oil spraying on the pan eyes is important. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent oil contact to the outside of the pan eyes so that the oil consumption is not too much and the oil does not burn. SPECIFICATIONS • Nozzle is selected according to pan placement for effective lubrication, • Air and oil ratios can be adjusted. • Each eye is warned by the sensor and mixed with air and sprayed. • There is a stainless CrNi heated oil tank. • Oil flow can be adjusted completely, together with individual adjustment. • The lubrication system is placed in a cabinet. • The oil, which is blown away by the vapor absorption system and particle filter, is recycled. • The lubrication system is not fixed on the conveyor, it is manufactured independently on a separate chassis.
